"I’ve been doing yoga regularly for a dozen or so years and I have to say that Ann is the best yoga instructor I have ever had. Ann has a gift for making yoga accessible to beginners as well as the experienced yoga devotee. Her calm demeanour, mellifluous voice, and clear instruction all combine to make for a unique yoga experience that is both challenging and stretching and, at the same time, uniquely relaxing and restorative. For years I stayed registered at the gym to which I belong, expressly to be able to have her yoga classes on a weekly basis. Before lockdown, my husband and I also had private lessons with Ann in our home most Sunday mornings. My husband enjoyed the yoga immensely too. Ann deftly balances a good overall practice with whatever sore limb or back might need some attention on the day. We have both felt aches and pains ease away after a targeted yoga session. Recently, having classes by Zoom has provided the same, much needed, almost meditative, experience. I highly recommend Ann to anyone seeking an enriching yoga experience."
